Refund policy

What happens when a provider does not deliver, an order is cancelled, or a platform reverses a decision.

This page is a placeholder for legal review. It is not a binding policy and does not describe final terms. TODO(legal): final text and jurisdiction review before launch.

What this document will cover

Eligibility, time limits, provider-dependent outcomes, non-refundable fees, return of funds to the wallet, chargeback handling and the evidence required for a case. Final wording depends on each provider agreement.

Provider-dependent orders

Account delivery, X verification and Apple gift cards depend on third parties. If the provider cannot deliver, support will open a case and explain the available remedy. Platform decisions are outside Sharply's control.

Fees

Fees are itemised on the order. The final policy will state which fees are refundable when an order fails and which are retained for work already performed.

How to open a case

The final flow will start from the order in your dashboard, attach the order timeline automatically and show the expected response window. Until launch, use support@sharply.local.
