What this document will cover
Data categories, lawful bases, retention, international transfers, processor list, profiling, marketing consent, deletion and access requests. Final wording depends on the jurisdictions where Sharply operates.
Sensitive data
Card numbers, CVVs, gift card codes, proxy passwords and eSIM activation codes must never be logged in plain text. The final policy will describe how partner tokens and order secrets are stored and who can access them.
Verification partners
Identity verification may be required for cards and crypto. The final policy will name the verification partner, explain what is retained and state how long verification records are kept.
Your controls
The final policy will include access, correction, export, deletion and complaint routes, plus the contact details for the data protection lead.
