The behaviours that keep the marketplace usable for everyone, and the ones that get an account closed.

What this document will cover
Prohibited transactions, platform manipulation, proxy abuse, sanctions and restricted regions, fraud, chargebacks, account resale and law-enforcement requests. Final wording must be reviewed against the services actually offered.
Platform rules still apply
Buying an account, verification or gift card does not transfer the platform's rights. Telegram, Snapchat, X and Apple can restrict or remove an account under their own terms.
Proxies
Proxies may not be used to break the destination site's terms, attack systems, evade sanctions or hide unlawful activity. Plans will state the permitted use and the rotation limits.
Enforcement
The final policy will explain warnings, holds, order cancellation, refunds and permanent closure, plus how to appeal a decision.
